Bearing vibration test
Bearing vibration measuring instrument is a special instrument used to measure the vibration (acceleration or velocity) of deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing, cylindrical roller bearing and tapered roller bearing. It is suitable for measurement of bearing vibration in measuring department and production workshops of bearing industry and for bearing research of colleges and institutes as well as for bearing acceptance, failure diagnosis and analysis of machine manufacturers and it adopts pneumatic loading to apply selective axial and radial load on measured bearing. The spindle adopts hydrodynamic and hydrostatic pressure to obtain high running accuracy, low fundamental vibration of the instrument. The measuring process is operating semi-automatically with high measuring efficiency and low labor consuming. The main performance conforms with 《JB/T5314-1991 rolling bearing vibration (acceleration) specifications》.
